At Asaroga, complimentary resizing is available on eligible rings so your piece can be adjusted for a comfortable, lasting fit. Because fine jewelry and engagement rings require careful handling, every resize request must be reviewed and authorized before the ring is sent to Asaroga.

Complimentary Resizing

Complimentary resizing is available for eligible Asaroga rings purchased directly from Asaroga.

Many engagement ring settings and wedding bands may be resized up to 1/2 size larger or smaller, depending on the design, metal, and construction.

Complimentary resizing covers the approved size adjustment and the secure return of the finished piece. Additional work, larger size changes, or services beyond an eligible resize may not be complimentary and will be confirmed before any work begins.

Eligibility

To be considered for complimentary resizing, the ring should be:

Purchased directly from Asaroga
Accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase
In a condition suitable for resizing after inspection
Within a size range that can be completed safely for that design

Asaroga will confirm eligibility after reviewing your request and, when required, inspecting the piece.

Pieces That May Not Be Resizable

Some designs cannot be resized, or can be resized only within a very limited range, because of their structure or stone placement.

These may include:

Eternity bands
Full pavé bands
Tension-style rings
Rings with stones around most or all of the band
Certain custom, engraved, or special-order designs

How to Request a Resize

To start a resize request, contact Asaroga Customer Care at support@asaroga.com.

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
The current ring size
The requested ring size
The finger the ring is intended to fit, if known
Clear photos of the ring
A brief description of the fit concern

If your request is approved, Asaroga will provide resize instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Please do not send any jewelry until you have received this authorization.

How to Send Your Ring

Fine jewelry must be packaged carefully and shipped using the instructions provided by Asaroga.

For eligible U.S. resize requests, Asaroga may provide a complimentary insured shipping label.

Please include:

The original jewelry box or a secure, padded container
All applicable documents, if they were supplied with the piece
The Return Authorization Number provided by Asaroga

For security, do not write “jewelry,” “diamond,” “ring,” or any description of the package contents on the outside of the shipping box.

If you choose to use your own carrier, you are responsible for selecting a secure, trackable, and fully insured shipping method. Asaroga is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments sent without Asaroga’s approved label.

Inspection and Resizing Process

Once your ring is received, Asaroga will inspect the piece to confirm that it can be resized safely.

Inspection and resizing time vary depending on the design, metal, setting, and required adjustment. Asaroga will share an estimated timeline when your request is approved.

If the ring cannot be resized as requested, Asaroga will contact you with the available options before any work begins.

Return Shipping After Resizing

After the approved resize is complete and the piece has passed quality review, Asaroga will return it using secure, insured shipping.

A tracking confirmation will be sent when the ring ships back to the address on file, unless a different return address is confirmed by Asaroga in writing.

After Resizing

Once a ring has been resized, it is generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect after the resize.

Third-Party Resizing

Work performed by another jeweler or repair service may affect warranty eligibility. We recommend contacting Asaroga before allowing any third party to resize, repair, polish, alter, or service your jewelry.

Confirming Your Size

Whenever possible, confirm ring size before placing your order. Finger size can vary with temperature, time of day, and personal comfort.

You may use a professional jeweler, an existing ring that fits the intended finger, or the measuring methods in the Ring Size Guide.
