Thank you for shopping with Asaroga. We offer complimentary secure shipping on all orders. Each piece is prepared with care, reviewed for quality, discreetly packaged, and shipped through a trusted delivery carrier. Because fine jewelry, engagement rings, and diamonds require special handling, please review the policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders begin processing after payment has been authorized and your order confirmation has been sent.
In-stock jewelry generally ships within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Engagement rings, made-to-order pieces, resized rings, personalized items, engraved pieces, and custom jewelry may require additional production and quality-control time. Estimated production or “ships by” timing will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation when applicable.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Asaroga may contact you to verify order details, payment, billing information, shipping information, ring size, engraving, diamond selection, or other important order details before shipment. Verification delays may affect the estimated shipping date.
Quality Review Before Shipment
Before shipment, each Asaroga piece may undergo final inspection, cleaning, packaging, and documentation review. For diamond jewelry and engagement rings, applicable documentation such as diamond grading reports, appraisals, certificates, or care materials may be included when available and applicable to the item purchased.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Asaroga offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timing will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Asaroga may use secure carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or another trusted carrier depending on the destination, order value, and delivery service selected.
Expedited shipping, if available, only applies to transit time after the piece has completed processing, production, and quality review.
Weekend, holiday, and same-day delivery are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout or confirmed by Asaroga in writing.
Secure and Insured Shipping
All Asaroga jewelry shipments are sent using secure shipping methods. Packages may be insured while in transit until delivery is completed according to the carrier’s tracking record and signature requirements.
For security reasons, Asaroga may not disclose the full value or contents of a shipment on the outside of the package.
Once a package is delivered and signed for at the shipping address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Signature Required
For the protection of your purchase, Asaroga shipments may require a signature upon delivery. High-value orders, engagement rings, loose diamonds, custom pieces, and select fine jewelry orders may require an adult signature.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If you are unavailable, the carrier may attempt delivery again, hold the package at an approved location, or return the package to Asaroga.
Delivery Address Requirements
For security, Asaroga may only ship to a verified residential or business address.
Asaroga does not recommend shipping fine jewelry to unattended mailrooms, package lockers, hotels, temporary addresses, freight forwarders, or third-party reshipping services. Orders sent to such locations may be delayed, canceled, or shipped at the customer’s risk.
Asaroga may be unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, restricted locations, or certain international destinations. If your address requires special handling, please contact us before placing your order.
Address Changes and Rerouting
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@asaroga.com. We will do our best to assist before the package ships.
For security and insurance reasons, Asaroga may not be able to change the shipping address once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once a package is in transit, rerouting may not be available.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order is reshipped.
Hold for Pickup
Where available, Asaroga may allow your package to be held at an approved carrier location for pickup. This option must usually be arranged before shipment.
A valid government-issued photo ID and any required carrier information may be needed at pickup. The name on the pickup ID may need to match the name on the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability, production time, sizing, personalization, or security requirements. You may receive separate tracking numbers for separate shipments.
Packaging
Asaroga jewelry is prepared in refined branded packaging suitable for fine jewelry presentation.
For security, the outer shipping box is discreet and does not identify the package as jewelry. This helps protect your order during transit.
Gift packaging, gift messages, or special presentation options may be available at checkout when offered.
Delivery Delays
Asaroga works to meet all estimated shipping and delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to production timing, quality-control review, payment verification, carrier delays, weather, natural events, customs processing, incorrect addresses, holiday volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Complimentary shipping does not affect delivery estimates, carrier delays, customs delays, or processing timelines.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect your package before signing for it whenever possible.
If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or suspicious, do not discard the packaging. Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, labels, and item condition.
Contact Asaroga immediately at support@asaroga.com with your order number, tracking number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Claims for damaged, missing, or tampered packages should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can begin a carrier investigation.
Lost Packages or Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, reception desks, mailrooms, or any secure delivery area at the shipping address.
If the package is still missing, contact support@asaroga.com immediately with your order number and tracking number.
Asaroga may open an investigation with the carrier. Investigation timelines vary by carrier and may require your cooperation, including written statements, photos, identification, or additional information.
Asaroga is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery and signature at the address provided, except where required by applicable law or determined through a carrier investigation.
Failed Delivery Attempts and Returned Packages
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package may be held for pickup or returned to Asaroga.
If a package is returned because no one was available to sign, the address was incomplete or incorrect, duties/taxes were unpaid, or the package was refused, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
Orders that are returned to Asaroga will be reviewed before any reshipment, refund, or cancellation is processed.
Multiple Items and Split Shipments
Items ordered together may not always ship together.
If one item requires a longer production time, Asaroga may hold the full order until all items are ready or may ship available items separately at our discretion.
If you need items by a specific date, contact us before placing your order.
Special Orders, Custom Pieces, Engraving, and Resizing
Custom jewelry, made-to-order engagement rings, special diamond settings, resized rings, engraved items, and personalized pieces may require additional time before shipment.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, stone availability, ring size, metal type, engraving, inspection, or other craftsmanship requirements.
Personalized, custom, engraved, resized, or special-order items may also have different return, exchange, or cancellation terms. Please review the Asaroga Return Policy before placing your order.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, contact Asaroga as soon as possible at support@asaroga.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered production, sizing, engraving, customization, quality review, packaging, or shipment.
