Lifetime Warranty

Asaroga offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible fine jewelry purchased directly from Asaroga.

Coverage

The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship, subject to inspection and approval by Asaroga. If an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, Asaroga may repair the item or provide another appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Eligibility

The lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser of an eligible Asaroga item purchased directly from Asaroga. Proof of purchase, order details, and product documentation may be required.

Everyday Wear

The lifetime warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Fine jewelry naturally changes with use, and scratches, dents, worn metal, worn prongs, bent settings, loose stones due to wear, thinning bands, or loss of finish may occur over time and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Lost Stones

Stone loss may be reviewed by Asaroga. If the loss is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, it may be covered. Stone loss caused by normal wear, accidental damage, impact, improper care, bent prongs, worn prongs, or third-party work is not covered.

Exclusions

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents, bending, or discoloration from wear
Accidental damage, misuse, impact, or improper care
Loss, theft, or missing jewelry
Lost stones caused by wear, impact, or damage
Damage caused by chemicals, chlorine, bleach, heat, or abrasive materials
Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage
Third-party resizing, repair, polishing, alteration, or servicing
Unauthorized modifications
Damage to items not purchased directly from Asaroga

Third-Party Repairs

Work performed by another jeweler or repair service may void warranty eligibility. We recommend contacting Asaroga before allowing any third party to resize, repair, polish, alter, or service your jewelry.

How to Request Support

Contact support@asaroga.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, clear photos of the item, and a description of the concern. Asaroga will review your request and provide next steps.

Inspection

Asaroga may need to inspect the item before determining whether the issue is covered under the lifetime warranty. Warranty approval is not guaranteed until inspection is complete.

Shipping

Shipping instructions will be provided once your warranty request is reviewed. Depending on the situation, customers may be responsible for shipping, insurance, or handling fees unless Asaroga confirms otherwise in writing.
