Returns Policy

Welcome to Asaroga!
At Asaroga, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your jewelry is not quite right, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below. Because fine jewelry, engagement rings, diamonds, and custom pieces require careful handling, all returns must be authorized, securely packaged, and inspected before a refund or exchange is completed.
Return Window and Eligibility
Asaroga accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Free from damage, scratches, alteration, resizing, engraving, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original packaging, jewelry boxes, pouches, tags, and protective materials
  • Returned with all applicable documents, including diamond grading reports, appraisals, certificates, care cards, or authenticity materials
  • Approved through Asaroga’s return authorization process before being shipped back
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the customer.
Eligible Items
Eligible items may include:
  • Fine jewelry in original, unworn condition
  • Standard Asaroga engagement ring settings that have not been resized, engraved, altered, or customized
  • Wedding bands that have not been resized, engraved, altered, or customized
  • Loose diamonds that have not been set, damaged, altered, or transferred to a third-party setting
  • Gift purchases, subject to the gift return terms below
All eligible returns are subject to inspection before approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Resized, modified, repaired, or altered items
  • Special-order pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration
  • Items altered, repaired, resized, or serviced by a third party
  • Loose diamonds that have been set into a third-party design
  • Missing, incomplete, or substituted items
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping upgrades, engraving fees, customization fees, or other service fees
  • Worn earrings or earrings returned without required hygiene or security seals, if applicable
Asaroga reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact Asaroga Customer Care at support@asaroga.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
If your return is approved, Asaroga will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must be included with your return.
Please do not send any jewelry back without receiving return authorization first.
Return Shipping
For eligible U.S. returns, Asaroga may provide a complimentary insured return shipping label.
To remain eligible for return shipping protection, you must use the return label and follow the packaging instructions provided by Asaroga.
If you choose to use your own carrier, you are responsible for selecting a secure, trackable, and fully insured shipping method. Asaroga is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged return shipments sent without Asaroga’s approved return label.
Return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed by Asaroga in writing.
Packaging Your Return
Fine jewelry must be packaged carefully before shipment.
Please return the item with:
  • The original jewelry box, pouch, and outer packaging
  • All tags, labels, protective materials, and security seals, if applicable
  • All diamond grading reports, appraisals, certificates, and documentation
  • Any promotional gift included with the original order, if applicable
  • The Return Authorization Number provided by Asaroga
For security, do not write “jewelry,” “diamond,” “ring,” or any description of the package contents on the outside of the shipping box.
If your item was delivered with a diamond grading report, appraisal, or certificate and that document is not returned, Asaroga may deduct the replacement cost from your refund or refuse the return.
Inspection and Refund Process
Once your return is received, Asaroga will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return conditions.
Inspection may take 5–10 business days after the return is received.
If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the item does not meet Asaroga’s return conditions, the return may be denied. In that case, the item may be returned to the customer, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Exchanges
Asaroga does not guarantee direct exchanges because availability, diamond selection, ring size, metal type, and production timing may vary.
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the eligible item for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred item.
If you need help selecting a replacement piece, ring size, diamond, or setting, contact support@asaroga.com before placing your new order.
Gift Returns
Gift recipients may contact Asaroga Customer Care for assistance with an eligible return or exchange.
Approved gift returns may be issued as store credit or exchange credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only available to the original purchaser.
Gift returns must still meet all return eligibility requirements.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, contact Asaroga at support@asaroga.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery and no later than 5 days after delivery.
Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the outer box and inner packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A description of the issue
Do not discard the item, packaging, labels, documents, or shipping materials until Asaroga has completed its review.
Depending on the situation, Asaroga may offer a repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
Returned Packages and Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, returned because of an incorrect address, or returned because delivery could not be completed, Asaroga will review the item once it is received back.
Refunds, reshipments, or cancellations for returned packages are handled case by case. Additional shipping, carrier, customs, or processing fees may apply.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact Asaroga as soon as possible at support@asaroga.com.
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing, production, resizing, engraving, customization, quality review, packaging, or shipment.
Cancellation is not guaranteed. Custom, engraved, resized, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.
